We believe that while today’s cloud platforms are functionally great and powerful, they’re built on legacy software that’s inefficient, slow, and painfully expensive. Based on award-winning research and open-source technology, we’ve built Unikraft Cloud - a next-generation cloud platform that delivers order-of-magnitude gains in performance, efficiency, and security.

You’ll join right at the inflection point where customers are coming in, the product is working, but the motion isn’t defined yet.
What you’ll do and why it’s career defining
You’ll be the first Account Executive at Unikraft, working hand-in-hand with the founders and Chief of Staff to define and execute our first sales playbook. You’ll shape how we sell, to whom, and why. This job means turning early inbound and founder-led opportunities into repeatable wins. This is not a “plug into the system” role. You’ll build the system. Expect to get your hands dirty, iterate fast, and close deals that set the standard for our GTM engine.
What You’ll Own
• Full-Cycle Sales: Own deals from prospecting to close. You’ll run outbound, handle inbound, lead demos, and negotiate contracts.
• Customer Discovery: Talk directly with CTOs, platform teams, and infra leads to identify pain points and align Unikraft’s value proposition.
• Outbound Experiments: Design and test outbound sequences, messaging, and channels until you find what converts.
• Deal Strategy: Own complex, multi-stakeholder deals with ACVs between $50k and $100k.
• Feedback Loop: Translate customer insights into product, marketing, and pricing feedback. You’ll help shape what we sell as much as how we sell it.
• Founding Impact: Lay the foundation for our GTM culture, documentation, and future AE/BDR hires.
• Sales Process Building: Define and refine the sales motion from qualification criteria to pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy
What We're Looking For
• Proven Enterprise AE: 2-5 years of closing experience with $50–100k ACV deals, ideally in cloud, infra, or developer tooling.
• Builder Mentality: You’ve worked in an early-stage startup where playbooks didn’t exist, and you thrived anyway.
• Hands-On Prospecting: You don’t wait for leads, you create them. You’re comfortable running your own outbound and experiments.
• Technical Curiosity: You can hold your own in conversations with infra engineers and CTOs. You love understanding how stuff works.
• Operational Rigor: Strong pipeline management, disciplined follow-up, and data-driven thinking.
• Resilience: You can handle 10 no’s in a row without losing momentum.
• Collaborative DNA: Works closely with founders, marketing, and product to align messaging and strategy.
